The small sheet contains 5 identical non-nominal stamps of the "1º" type, suitable for sending correspondence up to 20 grams in the Netherlands. On the day of issue, the face value was 73 eurocents.
The sheet is decorated with a collage of iconic places, plots and motives of the city. One of them is a windmill.
Small sheet by block is only counted in the German catalog Michel Dutch NVPH. In other catalogs, it is considered a mini sheet.

*Arnemuiden is a small city of around 5000 people in the municipality of Middelburg in the province of Zeeland. It is located on the former island of Walcheren, about 3 km east of the city of Middelburg.
Arnemuiden received city rights in 1574.
On the 23 September 1338, at the start of the Hundred Years' War between England and France, a naval battle was held near Arnemuiden. It was the first naval battle of the Hundred Years' War and the first naval battle using artillery.
A substantial part of the inhabitants of Arnemuiden have been a fisherman in some part of their life. This explains the immense popularity of tattoos and fishing ship earrings in the village.
On the fragment of souvenir sheet is Nooitgedacht, a wooden octagonal windmill in Zeeuwse Arnemuiden. The windmill was built in 1981 as a replacement for a windmill was built in 1736 but burned down in 1977.
On the mill currently grinds flour and bakes flour products in the traditional way.
