    60 escudo. On this and the next stamps of the issue showen full cycle of the corn's life - from the plant to the peeled grain, from the grain to its grinding with the help of a traditional stone mill, and finally from corn flour to a ready dish.

    On this stamp a corn couscous is presented.

    60 escudo. On this stamp was used the same process of corn grinding, as in the previous stamp, but only in a difference colours.

    A ready-made dish here is little pies from corn flour.

    60 escudo. The stamp uses one more method of grains grinding - in large wooden stupas. Sometimes this stupas are used only for cleaning grains, or for pre-grinding to a big pieces fraction.

    The ready dish on this stamp is Jagasida. It preparing from stewed beans with pork and corn flour.
