1 mark. Tipical water wheel on Buna river

    Additional:

*The Buna river is the left affluent of the Neretva river. The Buna spring in the place of Blagaj is one of the world’s largest springs in Europe. Measurements of the amounts of water have shown that in only one second 43 000 liters of water flows out from the spring. 45 kilometers away from the current, the Buna flows into the Neretva. The Buna was known by its wheels of Buna, which were used for watering the fruitful lands along the river. The wheel of Buna is in fact a large wooden wheel – dolap that is powered by the strength of the water current thanks to the water from the river and therefore pouring it into the channels for watering.

In the past, along the Buna river were many wheels of Buna that were named by the names of their owners. The majority of the wheels of Buna were not able to fight the hardships of time and they have been mostly abandoned and demolished and can only represent the abandoned long ago way of living.
